Integrity of Testing
You will complete all assessments independently and honestly, without any form of outside assistance.
All responses must reflect your own knowledge and ability. Misrepresentation, falsification, or use of unauthorized help is strictly prohibited.
Testing Environment
You agree to complete your assessment in a quiet, private, and secure location, free from distractions and external influence.
Confidentiality of Test Materials
All assessment content—including questions, prompts, graphics, and scoring methods—is confidential and protected intellectual property of Trustonics and/or its test publishers.
You may not copy, record, photograph, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the test, in whole or in part.
User Credentials and Access Security
You shall not share, disclose, or permit others to use your username, password, or PIN.
Unauthorized sharing or disclosure of login credentials constitutes a violation of system security and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Monitoring and Data Security
For security and auditing purposes, IP addresses, access logs, session data, and other metadata are tracked and recorded.
By proceeding, you consent to such monitoring and acknowledge that all activities may be reviewed to ensure compliance and prevent misuse.
Compliance and Enforcement
Any violation of these terms—including dishonest conduct, copying, or disclosure of confidential information—may result in:
Immediate termination of testing privileges
Invalidation of assessment results
Disciplinary action by your employer
Civil and/or criminal prosecution under applicable law
